The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will be responsible
primarily for ensuring that the implementation of the project is done in
accordance with the strategic directions and objectives of the project in close
collaboration with local partners and local authorities; to ensure consistency
of implementation of the project with national policies and strategies and to
ensure the implementation of an effective monitoring and evaluation of the
project.
