Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Plastics products)

Main Purpose of the job
The role is designed to improve sales and optimize clients’ satisfaction while developing business and enhance relationships between the company and the relevant industry fraternity.
Job Accountabilities
- To
implement and achieve sales plan to ensure achievement of overall
company’s sales objectives.
- To
implement credit policy and ensure constant adherence to avoid increasing
debtor days.
- To
implement a market visit and coverage plan to ensure all markets are
covered adequately and that the product is widely available
- To
implement promotional schemes for brand development
- To
manage relationships with distributors and his customers
- To
Co-ordinate and oversee the operations of the marketing agency and their
representatives
- To
continuously provide and update market intelligence report with our
counter strategy
- To
explore new business with own talent and experience

Required Qualifications
- A
good Bachelor’s degree any field with Business Administration/Commerce
backgrounds having an added advantage -3-5 years’ experience in field
sales
- 3
to 5 years selling experience preferably selling hardware, Roto Moulded
tanks or plastic tanks across a wide geographical area.
