Remuneration Analyst

Job Summary
The Role holder will
be involved in conducting comparative studies of remuneration and benefits and
make appropriate recommendations.
Duties and
Responsibilities
- Evaluate
existing and proposed remuneration packages, classify them according to
their levels of responsibility and importance.
- Conduct
comparative analysis of submitted remuneration and benefits data against
several parameters and make appropriate recommendations for current
remuneration and benefits trends and predict future trends
- Use
remuneration analysis models to map out aggregate remuneration spending
for decision making models.
- Conduct
research on what comparable jobs pay in the marketplace and propose
competitive salary and benefit structures examining predictions for market
changes in salary ranges.
- Develop
and maintain a database of relevant remuneration information
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor
degree in Human Resources Management, Public administration, Business
Administration or any other relevant area.
- At
least three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated
practical knowledge of statistical analysis
- Relevant
Professional qualification in human resource management
- Practical
experience in the fields of employee compensation and job evaluation.
Key competencies:
- Ability
to appropriately communicate sensitive information and to judge how and
with whom this information should be shared.
- Ability
to work under pressure/deadlines.
- Have
strong analytical, verbal and written skills
- Computer
literacy
