Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Sales and
Marketing Manager for one of its clients, a leading professional interior
design consultancy in East Africa.
The Sales and Marketing Manager will specifically be responsible for the following:
- Identify
and develop new business opportunities for the company;
- Establish
sales targets and define the strategy to achieve these targets;
- Manage
the proposal development process and maintain time-lines;
- Initiate
marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market;
- Follow-up
new business opportunities and set-up discovery meetings tounderstand
client requirements and project needs;
- Disseminate
clients project requirements to project team for preparation of fee and
scope proposals;
- Conduct
on-site visits to scope the work;
- Conduct
prospective clients’ risk-analysis;
- Oversee
the development of relevant templates such as project needs analysis,
Service Level Agreements and other relevant documentation;
- Facilitate
and Coordinate with the in-house team and any consultants on any
feasibility study components of proposals;
- Ensure
new opportunities are converted business rate.
The successful candidate should have the following
qualifications:
- Bachelors
degree in Interior Design, Construction, Project Management or Commercial
and Business Administration;
- A
minimum of three (3) years experience in Interior design, construction
project management or a Commercial/ Marketing role;
- Strong
customer account focus;
- Strong
oral, written and presentation skills;
- Ability
to implement and deliver short, medium and long strategies;
- Possess
a “can do” attitude with a desire to make things happen at a very fast
pace;
- Ability
to interact with client representatives at all levels;
- High
level of initiative and creativity.
