Responsibilities
- preparing
monthly activity reports and statistics
- Assisting
in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager
- To
respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, form
potential clients and existing clients
- Negotiate
and close sales
- Perform
other duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Graduate/Sales
and Marketing Diploma/Degree
- Computer
proficiency,
- Should
have served in the similar position for more than 5 years.
- Excellent
lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
- Organisational
skills with the ability to prioritise
- Sound
computer literacy skills particularly in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good
time management skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent
administrative and clerical skills
- Ability
to work under limited direction
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability
to develop efficient processes & systems to manage a variety of
challenges
