Skills and Specifications:
- Bachelor
degree in business administration, social sciences or human resources from
a recognized university and possession of minimum of 3-years HR working
experience preferably in a manufacturing industry;
- Conversant
with the Labor laws;
- Good
interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
- Minimum
age 27-30 years old;
- Should
have strong leadership skills and potential of managing large
multi-disciplinary workforce;
- Ability
to keep abreast with the industry practices.
SAGE Software Developer (IT/11/12)
Skills and Specifications:
- Bachelor
degree in IT and software development and possession of minimum of 2-years
working knowledge of SAGE;
- Analytical
and problem solving skills;
- Post
graduate qualifications in SAGE;
- Minimum
age 25-30 years old;
- Ability
to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
- Basic
accounting knowledge would be an added advantage;
- Excellent
communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Sales & Distribution Manager (SDM/11/12)
Skills and Specifications:
- University
degree majoring in sales and marketing and possession of minimum of
5-years working experience in a similar position preferably in FMCG;
- Strong
planning, presentation and innovation skills;
- Skilled
in prioritizing and strategic implementation experience;
- Analytical
and excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Computer
literacy;
- Minimum
age 30-35 years old;
- Energetic
and ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision;
- Proven
ability to lead, manage and inspire the sales team to achieve expected
results;
- Proven
expertise in market development and target oriented.
Finance & Accounting Staff (FA/11/12)
Skills and Specifications:
- Graduate
in finance or accounting degree and procession of Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) qualifications;
- 3-years
working experience preferably in a busy accounting or finance department;
- Good
knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Computer
literacy preferably with SAGE;
- Be
well versed with stock control systems;
- Ability
to work under minimum supervision;
- Minimum
age 25-30 years old.
