We are looking to recruit the Position of Programme Manager (ECHO) to be based in Puntland with frequent travel to Nairobi and Hiran (if security allows).

Programme Manager, ECHO Grant (Nutrition, FSL, WASH and Shelter) - Somalia/Somaliland Programme

The ECHO programme manager will be responsible to coordinate the implementation of activities related to nutrition, food security and livelihoods, WASH and shelter in Puntland and Hiran regions in Somalia within ECHO funded grant(s). 

She/he is expected to supervise the implementation of the activities using a participatory approach involving communities, which will develop their support systems and strengthen their resilience capacities. 

She/he will be the focal point for the overall ECHO grant implementation, monitoring and supervision (including the design of new ECHO grants and interim/final reporting).

This extends not only to children with whom SCI and its partners work directly, but also includes children whom staff are responsible for. Save the Children's Code of Conduct sets out the standards which all staff members must adhere to.
