3. Check all gate passes for materials going out of the compound and coming into the compound.
4. Keep all lawnmowers running and ensure all sites are mowed. Schedule maintenance of the mowers. Give out fuel to the lawnmower operators and keep records of all the stocks.
5. Ensure water pump is working and schedule pumping of water to the nursery.
6. Organise the running of the nursery with the nursery manager.
7. Make sure all vehicles are serviced on time, tyres changed at the right time, etc.
