Export Sales Manager

Tropikal Brands (Afrika) Limited is fast growing company that specializes in Household and Personal care products. 

The Company emerged 2nd and best Manufacturing Company in the 2012/2013 Top 100 companies’ survey. 

We are looking for an aggressive and passionate Export Sales Manager to enable
expansion in the greater East African Market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop new markets to ensure greater distribution of our products.
  • Liaise with existing export customers to widen their product portfolio.
  • Manage marketing and merchandising standards in the modern trade markets.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all export sales in compliance with regulatory regimes and requirements of destination country.
  • Manage collection and trading terms of export customers.
  • Advise management on licensing requirements, applicable tariffs and any trade restrictions in selected markets.
Desirable

A good university degree in a business related field. Should be computer literate and have good presentation skills. 

The applicant should hold a valid (international) driving license and have a sound
understanding of Comesa, EAC, Sudan and Ethiopian Markets.

Knowledge of French is an added advantage. 

This position reports to the Managing Director.
