World Vision Kenya is

nongovernmental organization with projects in most parts of Kenya.
We wish to recruit for

respective fields to serve asBoard members on a voluntary basis for succession.
Collectively, the
qualified candidates should represent a relevant diversity in experience, competence,
age, gender, church affiliation, ethnicity and geographic backgrounds.

Competencies/Skills:
- English
language fluency (written and verbal).
- Good
communication skills including public speaking and presentation skills
- Must be
a committed Christian who participates in the worship and life of a local
church (a Trinitarian denomination)
- Willing
and able to devote significant time during each calendar year to Board and
committee service on a voluntary basis.

former National Director of WV Kenya, who served in that capacity during
the previous three years

reputation in the country for character and competence.
- Willing
to subscribe and adhere to the Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement
of Faith, Covenant of Partnership and other applicable WVI Board-approved
policies
- Former
sponsored children/ direct beneficiaries of World Vision are encouraged to
