Sales and Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Managing
Director and responsible for growing the company’s sales volumes, distribution
and profitability in accordance with agreed business plans and objectives.
Job
Summary
·
Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies
·
Develop annual marketing plan.
·
Provide regular reports on market trends as required.
·
Maintain debt control at an acceptable level.
·
Manage, develop and motivate sales representatives and recruit
sales staff in order to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
and Experience
·
A Degree in a business related field. A master’s degree in
business is an added advantage.
·
Minimum of 6 years experience in fast moving consumer goods
company in a leadership position.
·
Proven managerial skills and experience to manage a large team.
·
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and
follow-through skills
