Our client, Isolutions Associates (ISOLs, is an IT Security
solutions provider operating within the Eastern Africa region since February
2004.
They are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and results focused candidate to fill the position of:
General Manager (GM) ISOLs
Reports to: CEO and Board of Directors
Place of Work: Nairobi, Kenya
Basic Function:
- As
a key member of the company hierarchy, the GM ISOLs will be responsible
for the following:
- General
oversight of the company’s operations
- Ensuring
productivity of all functions through business functions direction to
ensure achievement of company’s objectives
- Providing
strategic support and management to maximize growth and shareholder
returns
- Business
strategy, planning, budgeting, formulation of annual operating plans and
operationalization of both short-term and long-range plans
- Optimum
office administration to support the company’s operations, operational
efficiency and profit and loss responsibility
- Business
development and service delivery quality assurance
- Staffing,
coaching, training, mentoring, performance management and motivating teams
to deliver and drive high productivity
- Business
performance monitoring and management
- Driving
the company brand initiatives and corporate relations
- Ensuring
intra-company knowledge transfer and skills sharing
- Facilitating
innovation, growth and the transformation of the company
- Financial
management, company risk management and compliance
- Qualifications,
Experience and knowledge:
- Minimum
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
- MBA
will be an added advantage
- High
computer literacy
- Minimum
5 years management experience preferably in the ICT sector
- Successful
record of achievement and experience in business and financial management
in the ICT industry
