Communication & Evaluation Officer

IBTCI (International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc.) is seeking a Kenyan Communication & Evaluation Officer to play a central role in the day-to-day communication and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) needs of tthe Monitoring & Evaluation Program for Somalia (MEPS)

The position requires:
  • Kenyan citizenship
  • Very strong written English language skills, feeling at ease with the writing of succinct, informative and highly readable reports, bulletins, debriefs…
  • Strong inter-personal and interview skills
  • University degree and very strong IT skills
  • Somali speaker
Desirable but not required
  • Local knowledge of the Somalia language and/or experience working in Somalia
  • Journalism, report-writing and multi-media experience
  • Experience working in a similar program, focused exclusively on M&E
