Reporting to the Managing Director, successful candidates will be responsible
for client relations and revenue generation.Client Service Manager
Job Description
- Spear-head
sales revenues for the company
- Managing
the Client Service and Operations personnel
- Manage
Client relations to maximize on business revenues
- Develop
and Implement clients marketing campaigns
- Client
brief interpretation, Proposal generation and Presentation
- Research
and Industry Networking
- Liaising
with other departments within the Company to ensure there is operational
efficiency between them and client service.
Qualifications
- University
degree in Marketing from a reputable institution.
- Minimum
5 years experience in sales and marketing and work experience in a reputable
BTL Agency or in FMCG
- Client
management skills (experience)
- A
clear understanding of how the ‘Below the Line Marketing’ Industry works,
and a passion for sales
- Ability
to work with and stick to strict deadlines
Added Advantage
- Experience
in a Below the Line Marketing firm or in FMCG
- A
member of MSK (Marketing Society of Kenya)
- Valid
Driving License
- Key
accounts management
