Business Travel Executive
This is a challenging and high pressure work environment that
requires a fast thinker, resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial
person.
The team is small but very hardworking.
I will be interested in someone who has been in the industry for
a minimum of 5 years and is experienced in issuing tickets through the Galileo
and Amadeus system.
Here are the Main daily Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Protecting
and Maximising Profits for the organisation
- Provide
top notch and excellent customer service both in person and by phone/email
- Handling
clients' complicated travel itineraries, flights, airport transfers and
hotel booking
- Handle
ticketing issuance
- Advising
clients about passports, vaccinations, visas, foreign currency, travel
insurance, car hire abroad and excursions in resorts
- Seek
out new clients, establish solid and professional relationships with them
and thereby increase sales for the company
- Dealing
with complaints
- Conclude
sales and make bookings in Galileo and Amadeus system
- Adhering
to ticketing rules and conditions
- Using
and updating IT skills, since information on holiday packages and bookings
is usually accessed via a network
- Assist
the Tours Consultants with Tour costing on inbound and outbound tour
packages
- Other
potential engagements in other work areas with the Company as assigned by
your manager
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's
degree
- Diploma
in IATA/UFTAA consultant level (Air Travel Operations) and Diploma in
Foundation Level (Air Travel Operations)
- Fluent
speaker in French, German, Spanish or Chinese
- A
minimum of 5 years experience in ticketing
