Our client, an International manufacturing company specializing in the sale of
material handling and warehousing equipments, construction and Industrial plant
equipments, power generators as well as storage solutions, seeks to recruit a
branch manager who will be based in Mombasa branch.Industry:Construction Equipment

Key Responsibilities
- Maintains
communication between the branch and management by preparing daily,
weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.
- Formulates
recommendations and provides feedback to management regarding operational
policies and procedures.
- Achieve
branch targets by reaching out and tapping the full potential of the
targeted customer segments within the specified branch area
- Develop
and implements effective marketing activities to improve revenue by
enhancing customer experience/ retention
Qualifications
- Minimum
requirement a degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Should
have held similar position before
- At
least 4 -5 years experience in heavy machinery, plant and equipment at
senior management level
- Experience
in sales, management and administration
- Market
knowledge
- Strong
interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
- Demonstrated
ability to build cohesive teams and achieve set targets through team work
