In Transaction Advisory Services we have more than 8,000 people in over 90 countries. We work with a wide range of clients to help them make better and more informed decisions about how they strategically manage capital and transactions in a changing world. 

Our aim is to help businesses drive competitive advantage by proactively managing their capital agenda which determines how they strategically raise, invest, preserve and optimize their capital.
 
Our Transaction Advisory Services team provides integrated, objective advisory services in the following areas:
  • Lead Advisory (M&A, Capital & Debt Advisory, Infrastructure Advisory, Real Estate Finance);
  • Transaction Support ( Financial and Tax Due Diligence, Commercial Due Diligence);
  • Operational Transaction Services;
  • Restructuring; and
  • Valuation & Business Modelling.
Whatever the size, nature or location of the company - and deals - we can play a critical role throughout the deal lifecycle.

Who We are Looking For
 
We seek young, talented professionals with energy, enthusiasm and commitment to join our Transaction Advisory Services team. 

You’ll work with our clients to evaluate opportunities, make transactions more efficient and achieve strategic goals.
 
The successful candidates will be committed to supporting our journey of superb service for our external and internal clients.
 
Candidates interested in joining should have:
 
Academic Qualifications / Experience
  • First or Second Class Upper Degree from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in either Mergers & Acquisition, Business Modelling or Transaction Support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language is a plus);
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • An MBA would be an added advantage
