The Job:
- Project
feasibility studies, Estimating and Costing.
- Contract
Documentation and Administration.
- Planning,
programming and advising management.
- Measurements,
Valuations, Appraisals and Final Accounts preparations.
- Management
of properties /premises on lease.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Aged
at least 33 yrs.
- B.A.
(Building Economics)from a recognized University.
- Registered
with the BRA& QS.
- 5
yrs experience with 2 yrs in Project Management.
- Must
be computer literate.
- Unquestionable
integrity and work without supervision.
- Excellent
communication and reports writing skills.
- Experience
in liaising with financiers of various projects.
