Program Unit Manager

Plan is recruiting a Program Unit Manager based at Kwale Program Unit. - This
position reports to the Operations Program Support Manager and is
responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Program Unit
team, operations and programs.
- The
incumbent will ensure programs are effectively and efficiently implemented
as prescribed by the strategic plan and in line with Plan’s vision,
mission and values.
- The
role also ensures Plan’s visibility, participation and recognition in all
the counties and districts within the area of operation by facilitating
appropriate collaborations, networks and partnerships
