Operations Manager Job in Nairobi Kenya


The Presbyterian Foundation (the investment arm of the Presbyterian Church of East Africa) seeks to employ a qualified person to the position of anOperations Manager of Milele Hotels charged with day to day management and general operations.  

The ideal candidate shall have the following competencies, qualification and experience:

1. Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management from a recognized institution.

2. Minimum 7 years experience in hotel operations in a similar position.

3. Strong marketing and good customer service skills

4. Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

5. A strategic thinker with the ability to offer creative and practical solutions to difficult problems.

6. Sound financial management skills suitable to derive financial decisions within the organization.

7. Must be a person of high morals, integrity and shares the ethos of the employer.

8. Must be between 30 - 40 years
