Legal Officer
Requirements:.
- A
degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University.
- A
post graduate diploma from Kenya School of Law.
- At
least three years post qualification experience in a reputable
organization /Law firm
- Good
computer and report writing skills.
- Should
be pro-active with good communication and people management skills.
- A
person of high integrity
Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Drafting
and verification of all legal documents including contracts, leases among
others
- Liaison
with other legal institutions to ensure quick discharge of cases involving
the organization.
- Ensure
compliance with all statutory requirements including annual company
returns.
- Maintain
and ensure compliance with the company memorandum and articles of
association.
- Participate
in union negotiations.
- Oversee
and manage all insurance matters.
- Assist
in Company secretarial duties.
Mechanical Foreman
Reporting to the factory Mechanical Engineer, the successful
candidate will most likely be over 26 years with minimum Higher National
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
The Mechanical foreman will be responsible for executing
maintenance programmes as agreed and advised by the Mechanical Engineer.
This position calls for a competent methodical worker with
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to organize teams to meet strict
maintenance programmes.
Management Trainees
Qualifications:-
- A
minimum of 2nd upper Honors degree in business related degrees
(marketing), Human resources, Engineering, Economics, Chemistry and an MBA
or a Masters degree in related fields from both local and external
recognized and reputable universities
- Internationally
oriented persons.
- Highly
motivated, enthusiastic, aggressive, and self confident
- Excellent
oral and written communication skills,
- Flexibility
to handle multiple projects simultaneously,
- Below
32 years of age
Customer Service Specialist
- Knowledge
of customer service principles and practices, degree/diploma in the same
field.
- Good
listening and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge
of relevant computer applications i.e customer relationship management
(CRM) systems.
- Knowledge
of customer rights and legal areas relating to the same.
- Problem
solving skills.
- At
least 2 years of working experience.
