- Act
as a business partner by embedding company HR strategy and by providing
professional generalist HR guidance and support to client groups with the
objective to add value to the business
- Contribute
to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build
organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
- Diagnose
business challenges
- Translate
business and HR strategy into a clear annual HR operational plan
- Implement
group wide initiatives/strategy
- Design
and implement Human Resources Policies and Procedures (Employee Relations,
Recruitment & Selection)
- Responsible
for execution of all people processes in the employment and business
cycle, in line with policy and legislation - recruitment, induction,
L&D, EE planning, retention, career management, reward etc
- Supported
RDs, GM and line management in forecasting and planning the talent
pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy
- Facilitate
line of sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned
with the strategic leadership agenda
- Facilitate
and promote employee engagement and feedback
- Provide
expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate
- Manage
and follow through on Employee Relations cases
- Implement
Performance Management philosophy and processes
- Transactional

Qualification and experience

degree in HR or Social Science
- A
Higher diploma In HR qualification is essential
