Head of Maintenance
The candidate must be fluent in English and Kiswahili, have a
driver’s license and be computer literate and familiar with internet and email.
He must be able to understand complex electrical, photovoltaic, solar,
water reticulation, sewage and pump systems and must be familiar with
generators.The person must be able to troubleshoot when one of these
systems collapses.He must have a good understanding of IT and radio communication systems.
Must be commited,Focused and confident
Experience in construction and maintenance of buildings would be an advantage, but is not crucial.
He must have solid managerial and people skills to be able to run TS in the absence of the Technical Services Manager.
He must be able to deal with contractors and suppliers.
He should have at least 5 years hands on field experience
