Tented Camp Manager Job in Kenya

An exceptional outstanding group of companies is looking to fill the position ofTented Camp Manager.
Education and Training 
Ideal candidates MUST possess a Bachelors degree in institutions’ management, hospitality services, food and nutrition, business administration or other related field. 

A minimum of 4 YEARS experience in hotel or hospitality industry is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Direct all administrative functions of the organization in accordance with the industry and regulatory standards.
  • To supervise, train and motivate others with key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
  • Prepare and present timely reports for the Group Operations Office.
  • Prepare strategic plans.
  • Prepare annual operational and capital budgets
  • Define and monitor yearly employee performance targets.
  • Monitor procurement procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service ensuring guests comfort and safety
Basic Salary: Ksh is 70,000
