Senior Manager, Malaria Financing Job in Kenya

The Clinton Health Access Initiative is seeking a senior manager of malaria financing to oversee three streams of work.
Thanks to significant global investment in recent years, a growing number of African countries have scaled up malaria interventions, and begun to achieve a state of controlled low-endemic malaria (CLM). Without continued intervention and financing, however, malaria will rapidly resurge.
CHAI is tackling this issue through three connected streams of work:
Increasing domestic resources for malaria: Working with four sub-Saharan African Governments to implement novel financing financing mechanisms to support malaria control.
Novel donor mechanisms for malaria: Develop a pilot for cash on delivery (COD) for malaria, a concept that provides flexible financing to countries based on a single outcome measure: prevalence
Improving efficiency and effectiveness: Examine ways for the malaria program to get better value for money, with a specific focus on considering how reduced prevention efforts combined with an increase in surveillance, in controlled low endemic areas, may be a viable programmatic strategy
This position will oversee managers for each of the three streams of work, ensuring that these efforts are effectively coordinated and managed.
