It involves conducting research and program support for
activities related to malaria, HIV and other diseases.
It is within this remit that the program has a vacancy in the
HIV Implementation Science and Services (HISS) branch.
Position: Research Officer (Program Coordinator)

Reporting to: The Deputy Branch Chief
Location: Kisumu
Essential Requirements:
- Education
– Master of Public Health/ Master of Science and a Bachelor’s degree in
Medicine & Surgery (MB.ChB) or its equivalent with at least 1 years’
experience in HIV program management
- Must
be registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
- At
least two years relevant work experience in the management of HIV
patients, both provision of HAART and management of opportunistic
infections.
