design and consulting company seeking to fill the following position:
Receptionist & Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Administering
and overseeing the office requirements related to procurement and
operations.
- Reception
and customer relations
- Working
with Management & HR to address staff matters.
- Assisting
with preparation of business presentations i.e. texts, presentations &
bound documents.
- Assist
in planning, scheduling and organizing meetings.
- Interfacing
with various departments to collect information and responding to
requests.
- Maintenance
of office budget/petty cash and basic book keeping.
- Compiling
and distributing staff meeting minutes.
- Taking
part in administrative duties and special projects as required.
- Compiling,
managing & updating the Company’s mailing list & subscribers
database.
- Attending
to customer enquiries.
Qualifications / Experience
- A
diploma in Business administration /Secretarial studies or related field.
- Basic
accounting knowledge and experience
- Excellent
command of English language both verbal and written
- Ability
to multitask, prioritize and manage own workflow.
- Must be
computer literate.
- Must
well organized, reliable and able to work under pressure
