Manager
An outstanding confectioneries and candy making company is looking for a proactive suitable Manager who will build and drive a team to market their product country wide.
Qualifications and training
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing
- A
proven track record of at least 3 years in sales
Duties and responsibilities
- Sales
and Marketing of confectionaries
- Travel
country wide to source for new business
- Grow
the brand by developing new products
- Maintain
relationships with existing and new clients
- Set
sales targets for the teamand ensure they are surpassed
- Advise
management on recruitment of new Sales Reps
- Keep an
updated data base on all clients
- Create
monthly sales reports and report to management
- Research
on market activities and competitor movements
The person should have good communication and interactive
skills, should have a proven track record of achievements, should be a strong
leader with an ability to deliver the required numbers and capture target
market within stipulated time.
