Key Responsibilities & Result Areas

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR department
·
Performs issuance of
contracts, maintenance of various personnel records and files;
·
Coordinates the recruitment of all staff,
·
Drafts correspondence related to personnel matters and brief
local and international
staff of their rights, entitlements and responsibilities;
·
Prepares relevant paperwork dealing with personnel related
matters including recruitment,
ensuring accuracy and that deadlines are met;
·
Acts as focal point for Performance Appraisals, briefing and
sharing information on
the subject with all staff; provides guidance and training to staff on
the procedures and guidelines;
·
Keeps track of the vacant posts and takes action on vacancy
announcement, internally
ensuring that the Job Descriptions have been updated and made available at the
field level;
·
Process leave requests for staff
·
Maintain and update Personnel filing system including staff
personnel Files. Archiving HR files.
·
Assist in including staff members in the Company medical scheme.
·
Issue employment letter and contracts upon staff requests.
·
Assisting in administrative roles
·
Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
·
A fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource
·
IT Skills- Computer literacy and the ability to effectively use
standard office software tools and other office technology to create
documentation, exchange and archive e-mail, and maintain electronic filing
systems
