Must have 5 years’
experience in Planning and Management of large scale construction
projects.
Age limit: 35 years.
3. Quantity Surveyor:
The holder of Degree
in Building Economics, specialization in Quantity Surveying.
Must be the member of
Architectural Association of Kenya.
Must have 5 years’
experience of preparation of tenders, re-measurements and certification of payments
for large scale construction projects.
