Children’s World Africa is an edutainment company dedicated to
the education, entertainment and healthy development of children.
The play centre is based on Kiambu Road, at the AFMA Centre
Gardens.
Children’s World Africa is seeking to employ a suitably qualified person to manage all aspects of the centre and grow its operations over the next period of its development.

The candidate we are looking for will have many of the following
qualities.
They will:
- be
a self motivated individual with a natural interest in children and child
development, able to engage with children with the utmost ease
- be
young at heart, with a pleasant personality
- be
familiar with Montessori methods of child development
- be
passionate and have a creative flair where children’s games and creativity
count – story telling comes naturally
- have
basic management and marketing capabilities, able to reach out to
individuals as much as families, schools and corporates
- have
great verbal and written communication skills capable of attracting
parents and kids to the centre as the ideal place for their
children’s innovative play, learn and grow endeavours.
- be
able to command the attention and interest of parents while giving
children their due sense of security and ownership of their affairs
- be
a good team player and able to show leadership at all times and among all
parties.
