Sales Manager
Gross Salary 80k-100K Plus Commissions
Our client an innovative solar power and lighting
company that provide a range of solar products to local businesses, Non
Governmental organization and microfinance organizations and based in Nairobi
is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee the various sales activities of
the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
·
Developing and implementing a sales strategy to meet business
objectives and volume targets
·
Establishing plans and strategies to expand market share in the
targeted regions and contribute to development of training and educational
programs for clients and Sales team
·
Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to
penetrate new markets.
·
Designing high performance agency and alternative distribution
channels models to achieve set business targets.
·
Maintaining a high performing and motivated sales team through
recruitment, training, and development
The requirements for this position are:
·
A university degree in either Marketing or Business Management
·
A proven record in the delivery of business targets and managing
a team
·
Must have worked for at least 4 years in a sales management role
in a dynamic organization
·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·
Computer literacy is essential
