Network Assurance KPI Monitoring Engineer
Ref: TECHNOLOGY_NAKME__JULY _2012
Reporting to the Senior Manager Network & Service Assurance, the role holder is responsible for Monitoring health KPI’s of the network & Services, daily and after work order execution ;Identifying & investigating services quality issues through KPI analysis; Propose solution to solve related quality issues, and follow up until issue is solved and trigger performance issues on the network.
The job holder’s key responsibilities will be to:
- Produce
weekly report of Core Network quality KPI’s;
- Check
Core Network KPI’s daily and identify problems;
- Investigate
Core Network quality problems ;
- Analyze
KPI’s to identify root cause of the problem;
- Propose
solutions to address Core/Access Network quality issues;
- Propose
solutions to address quality problems, and follow up with relevant
departments until resolution;
- Trigger
performance and Quality issues;
- Check
health Network & Services KPI’s after Work-Order execution.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills &
competencies:
- Honors
Degree in Engineering;
- 2
Years Telecommunications experience ;
- Knowledge
in GSM/3G/Wimax and the related service each of the Technology offers;
- SQL;
- Very
strong Core Network knowledge;
- Ms
Excel and Perl programming.
