CAMRIS seeks to fill several Nairobi-based positions for a project geared to provide evaluation services and program support services to the USAID/Kenya Mission.

1. Chief of Party will manage the entire contract and
ensure that quality standards and schedules are met, and define and manage
overall contract requirements. S/he should have 15 years experience in international
development and 5 years experience as a COP or senior field manager.
2. Senior Analysis,
Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor will design and oversee evaluations, analyses, designs and
assessments, and full review, revision and maintenance of Mission and IP PMPs.
S/he should have 10 years international experience in design and management of
evaluations, analyses and assessments, and development of PMPs.
3. Monitoring and
Verification Manager will undertake
activity-level monitoring and verification of results to ensure IP data
accuracy and consistency with agreements, reports and USAID regulations. S/he
must have a graduate degree in evaluation plus 7 years experience in
management, monitoring and evaluation of development programs
4. Senior AMIS Advisor will assist the USAISD/CIO to define and implement an effective
tool to manage activities and programs in the Mission‘s portfolio. S/he will
analyze the Mission’s programs and performance management needs and work with
CIO to customize the USAID Activity Information Management System. S/he must
have 15 years experience in designing and maintaining management information
and reporting systems.
5. Senior Recruitment
Specialist will create a database
of qualified experts and establish recruiting protocols to efficiently and
effectively manage personnel screening and selection processes. S/he should
have 7 years professional experience in staff recruitment in international
development.
6. Communications Advisor will produce project publications focused on Intermediate
Results and Development Objective level results, and organize public events in
collaboration with USAID’s implementing partners. S/he should speak American
English and have experience writing reports, fact sheets, proposals, success stories,
press releases and web site content.
