The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Order To Cash

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing
a team of customer service advisors and credit controllers.
- Guarantee
that customer service execution is aligned with ‘cash every day’.
- Contribute
to standardization initiatives.
- Measure
team performance with appropriate metrics
- Recommend
and implement changes (within pre-defined parameters as set out by Brand
Owners).
- Share
best practice between customer service advisors and other teams to ensure
continuous quality and create possibilities for improvement.
- Ensure
smooth delivery through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process.
- Motivation
and development of team to achieve targets.
- Develop
great business partnering with the market, internal and external partners.
- Provide
support on key Customers and Credit projects.
- Maintain
customer, process documentation (ensure changes are followed up and
recorded in a coordinated manner).
- Plays
an active part in control agenda.
- Coach
newcomers and ensure knowledge management, build and retain knowledge base
within team.
- Proactively,
notify management where early warning signs of potential issues and any
unusual activities are seen.
- Approve
in line with authority matrixes (within pre-defined parameters as set out
by Brand Owners).
- Providing
a high level of customer service while at the same time understanding the
financial impact on profits.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Graduate
in Finance or Accounting is a must.
- Must
have 4-6 years experience in accounts receivables after graduating with an
accounting/Finance degree and a proven track record of team leading.
- Should
have solid PC literacy, strong Excel skills and experience with SAP
system.
- Flexibility,
especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing.
- Strong
analytical thinking with focus on customer service.
