Essential Experience, Technical Skills And Competencies
Consultants must have:

- A
minimum proven 5 years of experience in one or more of the categories
listed above.
- Kenyan
nationality.
- Post
graduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent
verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience
in relevant Kenyan Assignments.
