urgently.
Sales and Marketing Executive
- Generate
and qualify leads
- Source
and develop client referrals
- Prepare
sales action plans and strategies in line with corporate strategies
- Schedule
and execute sales activity
- Develop
and maintain a customer database
- Develop
and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Plan
and conduct direct marketing activities
- Develop
and make presentations of company products and services to current and
potential clients
- Negotiate
with clients
- Develop
sales proposals
- Present
sales contracts
- Maintain
sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Respond
to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure
customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Conduct
market and marketing research and surveys
- Participate
in sales events
- Monitor
competitors, market conditions and product development
- Grow
the business unit revenues and profitability
Reporting to: The respective Business Manager
Profile:
- Bachelors
degree in sales, marketing, business development or equivalent
- Proficiency
in Microsoft office, PowerPoint, CRM and other relevant computer
applications
- In-depth
knowledge of principles and practices of sales and marketing
- In-depth
knowledge of customer service principles
- Knowledge
of basic business principles
- At
least 4 years experience in services, B2B and B2G sales
- Excellent
experience in making presentations and all round communications
- Proven
ability to consistently achieve set sales targets
