Financial Assistant

Department: Finance Department
Reports To: Finance Manager

Job Objective:

To ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Finance Department by coordinating and cooperating within department and between departments to ensuring capital safety and cost control according to Company’s policies and procedures.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Receiving cash from dealers and direct sale.
  • Sales Vouchers to dealer.
  • To return monthly returns to KRA and follow up KRA matters.
  • Collecting receipts and bank pay in slip from shops.
  • Preparing daily report of every shop for the cash deposited.
  • Reconciling receipt with cash deposited, deposit slips with the receipts obtained from shops.
  • Recording daily requirement for every shops.
  • Preparation of daily report of cash deposited to the bank and comparing to the value in the system.
  • Recording daily requirement for every shop.
  • Collection of receipts and bank slips from each shop.
  • Supervision of the shops revenue collections.
  • Stock checking
  • Undertaking the duty of other financial assistants when they are absent.

  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to work force.

  • Computer Literacy

Education/Experience:
  • A graduate from a recognized university/college
  • Experience preferred
