Assistant Property Manager Job in Kenya


Responsibilities:
 
Monitor and direct rental activity through direct sales & marketing
 
Assist in timely collection of rents
 
Preparation of all leasing documentation
 
Supervisory and administrative functions
 

Procurement of exterior/interior refurbishment materials
 
Record keeping of stocks, re-order levels for replenishment of materials
 
Qualifications:
  • Degree holder in a related field
  • 35 years and above
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience preferably in serviced & furnished apartments
  • Strong sales & customer service experience
  • Strong project management & supervisory skills
  • High integrity, team player, leadership, meeting of deadlines, and interpersonal skills a must
  • Computer skills required
  • Effective written & communication skills
  • State expected salary
