As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking to strengthen our
team by recruiting an innovative, experienced and results oriented
Product Development Officer
The successful candidate will be a valuable resource in product
development focusing mainly on the following:
- Research
the insurance market and identify areas in which APA can develop
innovative products that will achieve consistent profitable growth in the
market
- Design,
develop and implement new products (and revamp existing ones) to be
appropriately priced, worded, targeted and suitable for the company’s
existing or new distribution channels
- Ensure
that all products have successfully been approved by the regulators and
gone through a detailed operational assessment so that they can be
supported by all key business areas
Who You Are
You are someone who wants to influence your own development and
ready to showcase your innovative ideas.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
You should possess a Bachelor Degree in Commerce or other related field and Diploma in Insurance or an ACII.
Several years in the insurance industry are necessary for you to
have the experience you will need.
