HR Coordinator
(1 Position)-Mogadishu- Somalia

Qualification:
- Bachelor
Of Business Administration(Human resource Option from a recognized
university,
- Member
with Professional Human Resource Body will be an added Advantage.
- At
least 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar position in an INGO
Basic Responsibilities bu not limited to:
- To lead
the HR function of the organization and support the management for good
HR.
- To
co-ordinate and support all aspects of the recruitment and selection
process of national and field staff.
- Establish
and maintain robust and effective Human Resource management and
administrative systems
- Lead on
specific HR projects as designated by the Country Director
- Review
and implement HR polices/guidelines.
Program Manager
(1 Position) Mogadishu- Somalia

Qualification:
- Bachelor
degree in management, social science, international development planning,
public administration (Masters holders have an added advantage)
- Experience
in program is must with an INGO
- 3-5
years previous experience in the same position with an INGO
- Candidates
with experience in Somalia with INGO will be preferred
Basic Responsibilities bu not limited to:
- Developing
an agreed programme strategy and operational plans
- Providing
a continuing assessment of the situation and advising on appropriate
Islamic Relief interventions.
- Representation
and liaison with key partners in local government and NGOs, and providing
support for appropriate capacity building.
- Ensuring
effective management, support and development of all staff (national and
international) engaged by Islamic Relief in the programme work.
- Assume
budget holder responsibility for all active projects that s/he is managing
and ensure sound financial monitoring and accountability of the projects.

- FC:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance.
- CPA and
at least 3 years of INGO experience.
- FO:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance.
- CPA
(2), Field and at least 3 years of INGO experience.
- FA:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance.
- CPA
(2), Field and INGO experience preferred.
Basic Responsibilities bu not limited to:
- Maintaining
the liquidity and funds of the office
- Supporting
the reporting team for donor reports and assisting the Finance Manager for
fund requests.
- Maintaining
the voucher, keeping updated financial software, Overall maintenance of
the documentation as per IR, donor and statutory requirements.
- Maintaining
the financial record, making payments through bank and petty cash,
maintaining reconciled petty cash and bank, proper filling of payment
Vouchers for various donor agencies, produce basic financial reports and
any other general task of the finance section.
