  • Manage Design/development user interfaces using project development methodology

  • Comply with the detailed specification at all phases
Technical testing
  • Comply with technical testing procedures as per the VC way.
  • Comply with Unit testing on all projects
  • Comply with Integration testing
Team Leadership
  • Review and oversee team performance against set deliverables and timelines
  • Report on team assignments and activities
  • Communicate and escalate to Management pertinent team issues
Escalation
  • Escalate to production lead all issues that have impact on project deliverables.
Provides input at
  • Technical Design Stage
Resource Development
  • Keep abreast with the latest technologies both in hardware and software
  • Continuous self development – Gain new skills relevant to job requirements.
  • Planning & putting in place resources to achieve set objectives.
