The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
| Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
| Training in book keeping or premises management
| Five (5) years working experience in the came capacity in a multi-storied
buildingThe successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
| Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
| Training in book keeping or premises management
| Understand safe working practices and the Health and Safety Legislation
| Understanding of building construction and design
| Ability to interpret technical information
| Budgeting skills
| Good verbal communication skills
| Well organized and capable of prioritizing their work
| Practical and good with their hands
