A leading group of companies based in the CBD, Nairobi urgently
requires aGraphic Designer.
Responsible for:
Responsible for:
- Keeping
abreast of emerging technologies in new media(particularly design programs
such as Core Draw,Illustrator,Photoshop or Indesign)
- Working
as part of a team with printers,copywriters,photographers,other designers,
account executives, web developers and marketing specialists
- Using
innovation to redefine a design brief with the constraints of cost and
time
- Proofreading
to ensure accurate and high quality work
- Developing
design briefs by gathering information and data through research
- Thinking
creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree/diploma
in Graphic Design
- At
least 1 year experience in a design firm
- Have
knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals,typography&limitations
- A
strong knowledge of experience desigh,brand development, interactive
commerce and creative process
- Print
and electronic design capabilities
- Experience
with software such as Corel Draw,Photoshop,Illustrator,InDesign& Flash
Salary: KSH.25000
