clients.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Five (5) years working experience in the came capacity in a multi-storied building
Understand safe working practices and the Health and Safety Legislation
Understanding of building construction and design
Ability to interpret technical information
Budgeting skills
Good verbal communication skills
Well organized and capable of prioritizing their work
Practical and good with their hands
Aged between 35 and 50 years.
