They are looking for a high caliber individual to fill the position of Traffic Coordinator.
Job OverviewThey are looking for a high caliber individual to fill the position of Traffic Coordinator.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role holder will work as a go-between that connects Account Managers to other departments within the Agency.
The Principal Accountabilities include:
- Coordinate,
organize and communicate with all departments within the Agency
- Work
with agency team leaders to establish resources and manage workload
- Create
and maintain advertising job schedules to meet Line of Business lead times
- Manage
workflow within the agency and take a proactive approach to expediting
circulation
- Acquire
proper approvals from all necessary functions
- Possess
a comprehensive knowledge of agency jobs from beginning to end
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree
- At
least three (3) years progressive job related experience in an Agency
environment
- Excellent
computer skills
- Good
oral and written communication skills
- Sound
judgment and interpersonal skills
- Ability
to manage several tasks at once and prioritize requests from multiple team
members
- Fast-learner
with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
- Highly
organized and detail-oriented
