Office Administrator/Receptionist.

Our client running a Real Estate Company in Westland’s , seeks to employ an Office Administrator /Receptionist to fill the position.

The successful candidate will:
  • Keep a watch on all the office supplies and replenishing the stock with new thing as they run out
  • Implement filing systems for the office
  • Give suggestions to the management on the overall functioning of the office
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Contribute Coordinating with the management and the staff
  • Keep a close watch on all the duties being performed by each department
  • Report about the office to the general manager
  • Receive phone calls
  • Receive clients and attend to them in absence of Directors
  • Perform General office errands
  • Diploma in Business Administration Management/ Sales and Marketing
  • Be 30-35 Years of age
  • Valid Certificate of good conduct within the last 6 months
  • Experience in Real Estate or related field will be an added advantage
  • Be married or a single lady with a child
