It is a premier player In the petroleum Industry. The company Is looking for self driven individuals to fill the following vacant positions.

Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Nairobi

This position calls for an individual who is outstanding with project management potential,

  • Must be flexible
  • Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated with acumen for efficiency
Key responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for Planning, organizing directing and controlling the firm’s overall sales and marketing activities Contribute to the positive image of the company and portray a positive image of the company, both internally and externally,
  • Observe and uphold the requirements and of the relevant laws and procedures and act in accordance to company policies
  • Take ownership of their induction, personal review programs, Departmental staff meetings and carrying out duties with full regard to the company's rules, policies and procedures and conditions of service
  • Initiate, Manage, direct and coordinate sales, marketing and promotional activities of the company in the furtherance of its strategic objectives.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Build key relationships with internal and external partners to further Increase the company’s market share.
  • Take responsibility for specific sales and marketing campaigns and projects within the organization as well as to assist with the implementation of the company’s, policies, strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Business Administrations.
  • At least seven years work experience of which five years should be in the Oil Industry,
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with peers at all levels in the organization.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must possess top level business management interpersonal, and facilitation skills,
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
Supply and Trade Analysts

Location: Mombasa

The position is for an outgoing, analytical individual who is well informed of
the oil industry supply Chain
  • Polished interpersonal skills
  • Ability to constantly monitor the supply chain
Key Responsibilities

The individual will be responsible for a range of business tasks to support the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain processes of the company
  • Coordinate with the supply and operation manager the inventory order cycle and associated information system
  • Analyze data to monitor performance and plan for improvement and cosi reduction
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and OMCs
  • Manage and control all KRA entries for the company
Qualifications Experience and skills
  • University Degree or equivalent in Business, Economics or procurements and supplies management course.
  • At least seven years work experience of which five years should be in procurement and supplies in the oil industry.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well wit peers at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be flexible
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and window-based computer application
Customer Service Representatives (2 Positions)

Location: Nairobi/Mombasa

This position will provide high-’level administrative support to the general organization interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
  • Polished interpersonal skills
  • Effective Communication skills
Key responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for receiving customer requests, analyze it, provide information requested or ascertain who best can provide the information and route the request to the proper person
  • Prepare reports, Handling Information requests and performing clerical functions
  • Pre care correspondence, receive visitors and schedule meetings
  • Responsible for all customer database
  • Receive orders for petroleum products and coordinate with depot staffs
  • Trace Status of orders through supply terminals
Qualification and skills
  • University degree or equivalent in sales and marketing or petroleum Management course.
  • At least five years work experience of which three years should be in customer service or sales and marketing in the oil Industry.
  • Must be a self starter, highly organized and able to work well with all peers at all levels of the organization
  • Must be flexible
  • A good understanding of the Depot operation
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and window-based computer application
Depot Assistants (4 Positions)

Location: Western Kenya

This position calls for individuals who have good understanding of depots or dispatch operations
  • Self motivated and has acumen for efficiency and safety at work
  • Must be flexible,
  • Must be self starter, organized and able to work with all peers at all levels in the organization
Key Responsibilities

The individual will support the depot coordinators in Pie day to day operation of the company’s depot office at the Kenya Pipeline Company of the third party location ‘or all company customers.

Qualifications experience and skills
  • Diploma or equivalent in a petroleum management course.
  • At least three years work experience of which two years should be in Customer service in the oil Industry or Depot operations.
  • Effective communication
  • Polished analytical interpersonal Skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and window based cumputer applications.
