Sales Manager Job Vacancy in Kenya

A well established company is seeking to recruit a qualified candidate to fill the following position;

Sales Manager 

Key Responsibilities

Pre-sales activities

  • Identification of business opportunities in target sectors of manufacturing, Educational, Medical and Scientific research, food and Pharmaceutical production, General and specialized Medical and laboratory equipment.
  • Intelligence Information gathering on customers and competitors activities and trends
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Obtaining technical knowledge of a product in full and effectively communicating the same to the relevant parties.
  • Successfully promote the Company’s interests and increase market share
  • Ensuring that inquiries and proposals materialize
  • Marketing of company products/brands so as to achieve the Company’s targets
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and evaluating competitor activity, providing market information and intelligence; and conducting market surveys
  • Management and submission of tenders
  • Documenting, reporting and discussing execution of plans, sales and margin analysis and overall productivity
Key Qualifications 
  • A Bachelors degree in medical science or other related relevant technical field.
  • Wide knowledge of products in the field of Scientific and production laboratory, Medical equipment and application, Food production and biomedical research
  • Must have proven business acumen
  • Minimum of 3 years continuous sales experience
  • Clean and Valid driving license
