Reporting to the Factory Manager, the main purpose of the role is to support the achievement of operational excellence by championing the implementation of respective factory Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillar plans.

Responsibilities
·
Organizing training of shop floor staff on machine skills and
TPM principles
·
Conducting factory data analysis and highlighting key loss areas
·
Leading projects identified to address losses in the factories
·
Championing the identification of Kaizen initiatives by factory
teams and organizing for recognition of the outstanding ones by senior company
management.
·
Coordinating activities for integration at the shop floor of the
Autonomous Maintenance pillar with the Quality and Planned maintenance pillar
activities.
·
Leading factory TPM audits and reviews with factory task force
teams.
·
Rolling out of the organization’s TPM best practices across the
factory.
·
Ensuring all TPM records are up to date
Requirements
·
A Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized
institution.
·
At least two (2) years experience in a TPM or in an Operational excellence
environment
·
Experience driving Production Performance and Improvement
·
Project Management skills
·
Knowledge of Loss Tree Development and Policy Deployment
·
FI Tools – Why Why Because Logic Analysis, PM Analysis
·
Analytical Thinking, Self-drive and concern for rigor and order
·
Practical Creativity and Team Leadership skills.
